Took it all on board, Slept, pondered and decided that, IF we run a special offer, IF, the last thing we need is input. It was a good idea in its way, but not! So it is in process of leaving the site. That was good advice.

Noted that we are so low in entry price that an offer is broadly irrelevant.

What interests me is how we can reach the folk who are not generally our visitors. Same head, different brick wall, hep still needed.

Our visitors are, generally, 'walk by folk'. Our web presence has a reach, but only about 1% of our folk who tell us how they knew about us come from the web.

My idea was to try to grab folk who are not part of our normal visitor demographic and to pull them towards us. My thinking now is that this may not be the way to do it. I may have found, successfully, another way not to increase visitors from the "lost visitors" area!

So I have. On Facebook we have a "question" and we also have the same question in the left hand margin of every gosh-darned page on our reasonably extensive and well visited web site.

If you intend to visit us over the summer, do, please, ask for the offer you'd like us to run, otherwise, please help me to stop banging my head against the brick wall by giving me a hard slap and telling me what I'm not doing well enough!
