We are currently investigating options for a flexitime scheme for library staff here at QMUL.
I'd be very interested to know if anyone operates a flexi scheme, and particularly how you manage this while maintaining service and service points.
Also, I'd be very interested to know if anyone is running a flexi scheme which has differential rules for different types of staff (frontline, backroom, daytime, evening/weekend different grades or teams, different sites etc). If so, how do you manage this? Is is sucessful? How do staff feel about it?
If you do operate any such flexi scheme, and can let me have an overview, or your guidelines, I would be very grateful.
