The Wales Higher Education Libraries Forum (WHELF) has been successful in
a funding bid to JISC under their Digital Infrastructure Library Systems
Pathfinder Project strand (see

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead this major
strategic and high profile initiative. The post could potentially be based
at any of the Welsh Higher Education Institutions (subject to
negotiation); although the project is being led by Cardiff University, and
the successful applicant will be employed by Cardiff University.
This is a leadership role which will require vision and a keen awareness
of the external IT environment which will potentially shape the future
delivery of library services. You will deal with high-level stakeholders
across the participating Universities and externally and play a role in
UK-wide library initiatives.
This post is part-time, fixed for 6 months
Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary: £45,486 to £52,706 per annum (pro rata)
