The American Society for Microbiology (ASM) is pleased to announce 2013 subscription prices for our 9 primary research and 2 review journals. All online subscriptions also include access to mBio (http://mbio.asm.org/), ASM's broad-scope, open-access journal. To maximize the selection of content covering basic and clinical microbiology research, subscribers may also select from our All-12, Basic, and Clinical packages. For the 2013 subscription year, ASM will offer the following new features to online subscribers:
** Institutional authentication via IP, Shibboleth, Athens and public username/password
** Semantic search capabilities via content enrichment solution TEMIS
** Library customization tools, including a centralized administration page to manage institutional logos, authentication and link resolver management, and reporting
** COUNTER reports via Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) protocol
ASM journals, which are edited by working scientists, continue to deliver maximum value to your library's collection. The following data are reported in the recently released 2011 Journal Citation Reports:
** ASM journals publish over 23% of all Microbiology articles, while accounting for over 35% of all Microbiology citations
