I have been concerned about the quality of records in General Practice for
some years, and presented the results of an audit of records transferred to
my practice at the PHCSG conference in 2009: from this, there came a pilot
survey of the perceived quality of record quality in records received via
GP2GP in the spring od 2011 - and the article has now been published and is
available on line.
Many thanks to all who participated - and, especially in view of the
findings, Beverley and I are considering how to take it forwards.
