I would leave as is. I get the feeling it wont be long before there is something ,open but secure, more business like than facebook, more useful than linkedin and less transient than twitter. I subscribe to DNUK twitter feed but rarely get time to dip in. I like google plus but not where google is going generally.
GP-UK been invaluable over the years but would imagine if it moved someone would try & make money from it.

I like it where it is, probably would access and read it less if it were facebook, though am friends with some of you on FB. But will go with the majority.
I suppose FB would encourage more people though and when clinical problems are posed it would give a wider scope of answers. Or do people only post clinical problems on DNUK nowadays?
