Dear friends,
I have a question that I wanted to ask you to see if you might have some insight. We have run a number of analyses in accordance with a relatively standard tbss pipeline, and they have run through fine. I was attempting to study some ADC data using tbss_non_FA but for some reason, there is a strange upsampling that occurs pushing the size of the ADC data so that it doesn't match the FA data and the resulting skeleton is erroneous. I have attached the error message below. Any ideas?
Image Exception : #3 :: Attempted to multiply images/ROIs of different sizes

Best regards,
Gustaf MÃ¥rtensson
