I hope people don't mind some discussion about posts to the list, but
I thought others might be interested in similar questions so I might
as well post here.
It's an interesting project and I'm looking forward to following your
progress. I'm particularly curious to know whether quantifying the
amount of time volunteers can expect to spend will help or hinder your
recruitment efforts, but I also wondered if there was a particular
reason for not explaining which institutions and people are behind the
project?
