Hi,
did you had a look in the Window: Windows: Spectrum & Peak Lists Mapping
window?
There you can select which spectrum is in the Toolbar and if it is
visible. It is possible to select a spectrum not to be in the toolbar,
but being visible.
Cheers,
Melanie

To clarify - when I turn off all the spectra in the window, there is still a complete set of peaks marked. They also don't overlap perfectly with any of the spectra in that window. They don't seem to appear in any of the peak lists - and they are not click/selectable. Any thoughts?
