Research Fellow in Medical Statistics/Epidemiology
(Full time for 15 months)

The post-holder will be responsible for the co-ordination of a research project analysing data collected recently in the MRC National Survey of Health and Development. The project will involve research into the life course determinants of novel CVD biomarkers, and the influence such biomarkers have on markers of cardiovascular disease at age 60-64 years.
The position will suit an individual with strong organisational and statistical skills, capable of independent decision-making. The post holder will have research experience in medical statistics, epidemiology, or a closely related discipline and experience in the statistical analysis of large and/or longitudinal datasets. Experience in project management is highly desirable.
The salary for the role will be within the range £39,810 - £46,964 (inclusive of London Allowance) per annum.
