GIS Support & Development Officer - South West
I am currently seeking a GIS Support/Development Officer for an initial contract role.
The role will consist of 2 main focus points, Supporting the company GIS function and internal users. You will also undertake some development tasks.
Someone with around 2-4 years’ experience in the areas below would be idea but we wouldn’t rule out any candidates with the right experience.
Role Profile;
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED.
•Exposure to other ESRI technology in a business environment essential
•ArcGIS Server (9.3 and/or 10.0 or later) development and deployment experience preferred
•C# .NET 2.0 or higher, and exposure to ArcObjects preferred
•SQL Server 2005 / 2008 experience preferred
Support areas:
•Support and maintenance of elements of the current corporate GIS enterprise solutions.
•Support and enhance the availability of ESRI ArcGIS web based data and software solutions.
•Undertake required data processing, QA of quality and consistency
