I wanted to make you aware of a fantastic long term contract opportunity working for a Global Pharmaceutical company in Germany as a Modeling and Simulation SAS programmer.
Starting on an initial 12 month contract you can choose to be based in a choice of 3 European locations, German language is a benefit but not a requirement.
Role Responsibilities
• Provide expertise and leverage best practices for independent design and execution of population pharmacokinetics (/-dynamics)
• Reporting studies and providing programming support to Global Drug Discovery Statistics department
• Providing SAS expertise to Modeling and Simulation PK team in study analysis and reporting
• Development and implementation of new departmental tools and standardization initiatives
• As well as modeling for assigned clinical pharmacology and clinical studies with modeling components from early development to market
• You will be responsible for the development of “State of the Art” expertise and implementation of new methodologies in Modeling and Simulation.
• You will give guidance regarding exposure/effect relationship and modeling and simulation in clinical pharmacological and clinical development plans and trials.
Your Qualifications
• Graduate in natural science, medical science, mathematics
• Long term scientific and operational experience in modeling and simulation
• Comprehensive scientific understanding you are able to prepare development decisions
• You are experienced in working in cross-functional teams and in identifying and solving complex problems in a team oriented manner
• Effective communication skills as well as a fluent command of both spoken and written English is essential.
