What do these warnings mean? They are the libm symbols.
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: symbol fmod used by
debian/libstarlink-pal0/usr/lib/libstarlink_pal.so.0.0.0 found in none
of the libraries.
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: symbol sincos used by
debian/libstarlink-pal0/usr/lib/libstarlink_pal.so.0.0.0 found in none
of the libraries.
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: symbol sinh used by
debian/libstarlink-pal0/usr/lib/libstarlink_pal.so.0.0.0 found in none
of the libraries.
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: symbol floor used by
debian/libstarlink-pal0/usr/lib/libstarlink_pal.so.0.0.0 found in none

There's also a hardening warning from mipsel.
