Dear Kie Woo,
you can enable the menubar by selecting the figure and typing:
set(gcf,'Menubar','figure')
Maybe set(4,'Menubar','figure') does also work without selecting the figure.
The values are saved in the parameter YpY_scaled. Thus you can also remove the ";" in line 226 to:
YpY_scaled = (YpY - mn)/(mx - mn)
to get the values printed.
