The Carbon Brief blog are looking for a new science communication
officer. They want someone who knows their science (especially on
climate) but with a feel for sci comms too. The blog aims to foster a
more accurate and informed debate about climate change and energy in
the UK. They comment on and factcheck stories about climate science
and energy issues that appear in the media and online.
Duties of this post include:
* Writing accessible blogs about new developments in climate science;
* Fact-checking media articles about climate science;
* Making contact with climate researchers; building and maintaining
our network of scientific contacts;
* Participating in the planning and editorial processes of a small,
close-knit team.
