Dear Colleagues,
indeed it is important to present a diversity of female (and male)
role models to school students.
We have tried to do this in the 'solar guides' section of Sun|trek
(www.suntrek.org). Sadly, we don't have many ethnic minority
role model scientists and this is a real problem.
Each 'solar guide' says a bit about themselves, how they became
interested in Astronomy, together with what their other interests are.
Enthusiastic, animated scientists inspire students, independent
of age, race, sex or hair style!
