The most salient point is that you cannot overdose on vitamin D from sun exposure but ingestion of vitamin D
is a different matter. I'm in a house at Coronet Bay where my wife and both her sisters have been told recently
that their D levels are low. Supplements have been recommended and some taken. All three women see heaps
of Australian sun each day. We live on 6.5 sun-drenched acres. The pharmaceutical industry should be treated
with extreme wariness.
