Apologies for Cross-posting
NAG is pleased to announce that booking is open for our 2012 Conference.
The theme will be Learning from Success, and the Conference will take place
on Wednesday 5th & Thursday 6th September, at the 4-star Royal
<http://www.hotelroyalyork.co.uk/> York Hotel in the City of York. The
hotel is next to York Railway Station, there are good road links, and Leeds
Bradford International Airport is within 30 miles.
Registration will begin at 10.00 on Wednesday 5th, a light lunch will be
served at 12.00, and the Conference will start at 13.00. We are delighted to
have Annie Mauger, Chief Executive of CILIP, as our Keynote Speaker. We will
then have 3 papers, followed by a choice of 4 workshops, and the serious
part of the day will end at 17.00. At 19.00 we will gather again, this time
for drinks followed by our Gala Dinner, after which the NAG Award for
Excellence will be presented. The evening will be rounded off by the famous
NAG Quiz.
Day Two will start at 9.15 with the AGM (for NAG members only), after which
the workshops will be repeated so that delegates have the chance to attend
another choice. These will be followed by 2 papers, a light lunch, then a
further 4 papers. Conference will close at approximately 16.15 on Thursday
6th.
Throughout both days there will be plenty of opportunities to network, view
the latest products, and talk to a range of suppliers.
