Dear colleagues,

You have been nominated as a contact point for the light source facility 
poster exhibition at SRI2012 in Lyon, 10-13 July 2012.

These posters will be produced by lightsources.org following an overall 
design. Examples are online at 
http://ftpext.esrf.fr/tmp/SRI-Example-Posters.zip - these are not final 
but just examples of design and possible content.

The posters will be printed here in Grenoble, using your input (text and 
images) collected via a Web form accessed from the URL

Please note that you must enter and upload all data in a single session.

I enclose a Word document with a description of the data fields to be 
completed, which will help you together with the example posters to 
prepare your upload session.

Text fields are limited to 72 or 300 characters, respectively, and if 
longer, will be truncated.

Image files must be in .jpg with less than 2.5 MB. For logos, also .eps 
and .ai are possible. The "sponsor block" image is for the logos and 
credits of your host laboratory, government department etc.

The deadline for upload of text and images is 18 June 2012 and there 
will be no prolongation. By 25 June, everybody will receive a PDF file 
of his poster for comment and approval, to be made within 48 hours.

The posters will be put on display in the Lyon Convention Centre as of 9 
July, and Liz Moxon from Berkeley/ALS will support the poster exhibition 
on site for lightsources.org.
