Hello,
Is there a way to do something like fslmaths -Tsum?
That is, I have a 4D volume where each 3D volume is a binary (0,1) mask. I want to find where any of these masks overlap in space. If I just sum down the 4th dimension, any overlapping voxels would be > 1.
I suppose I could fslsplit my 4D volume and then serially sum them in a loop. Or I could read this volume into matlab and sum. But fslmaths -Tsum seems more elegant. And easier to execute.
Thanks,
