Dear FSLers,
I am running a 3rd level group analysis.
To get the group mean difference in activations, I am feeding in feat files from a set of 2nd level individual subject pairs (active > placebo). In other words, level 2 was a dependent t on each subject to get individual differences to feed into a 3rd level group mean.
This is a phMRI study in which I would like to add a covariate (years of drug abuse) at the 3rd level.
Here is the error I am getting. Even though I get this error in the log, I still get completed poststats (no errors in poststats log)
Thanks for your help.
