Dear Colleagues
I am humbled by the overwhelming response of colleagues who were
willing to assist us in examining a thesis written by one of our
candidates. Since we received several CVs, we decided to use these
to make the selection, and the faculty board is now in the process of
doing that. Once this is done, the correspondence will be made to
those selected. If you dont hear anything, assume that the Board has
not selected you; not because you dont qualify, but because only two
people are required, and I dont envy the selection board as this is
indeed a difficult job as you are all qualified. I hope the rest, you
will allow me to keep you in our records just in case an opportunity
to examine a thesis arises.
Thank you once again for promoting the education of the global South.
Kindest regards
Tsitsi
