The CCPN export (API) code is not included by default in the release,
there is a separate download for that. The CCPN code is six times the
size of the rest of the code, which is why we did it that way. But I was
just looking at making a Windows release and on that I think I'll just
combine it all in one, and quite possibly we should go that way for the
Unix releases as well. Anyway, you can pick up the extra CCPN code at the
downloads page:
http://www.ccpn.ac.uk/downloads/leadingedge
It's called api3.0.0.tar.gz. Just unpack it in the same place you
unpacked the chemBuild *.tar.gz file.
