Hello,
I would double check the size of the spectra in the dialog Experiment -->
Spectra in the File Details tab for that specific spectrum. So check that
the number of points multiplied together x 4 (plus possibly a bit,
dependent on the file type) is equal to the actual size of the file on
disk (in bytes).
