The proposed repeal of Clause 52 of the Copyright Act as ouitlined in the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill is of no relevance to library and information professionals unless they are involved in making copies of industrial designs, and is certainly not relevant to the proposed Digital Copyright Exchange she refers to.
