After a call to clean and then force to build the module only, I get " all dists are installed already" message. When continuing with the build I fall back to the same message I sent in the previous email.

How do I do this?
Basically I need access to oracdr and couple of tools such as Treeview and Splat which I used to get through Starlink releases in the past. How is this done in the build version?
Thanks
Josh

Failing at perl-Starlink-AST, any ideas why? Looks like all dists are installed but the tests are failing. Cant force the build for the module.

Why can't you force install Starlink::AST?

Ideally we'd like to see the output to see why it's failing but Zinc is not important to ORAC-DR so you can ignore it.
You always have the option of rsyncing the /star/Perl/lib/site_perl tree from JAC.
