Alessandra,
I don't know what went wrong in your case as I do not have enough
information to solve these problems. All I can say is I just tried
coregister (only) and HDW on a set of two images from the same subject
and it worked like a charm, so I don't think the algorithm per se is to
blame. For further details as to why it does not work in your case, I
will have to suggest you find local help.
