The AAL toolbox doesn't seem to be fully compatible with the latest version of SPM8, but the error you report can easily be fixed by modifying line 233 in the AAL file gin_list_dlabels.m from:
[P Pn Em En EN] = spm_P(1,k,u,df,STAT,R,n,S);
To:
[P Pn Em En] = spm_P(1,k,u,df,STAT,R,n,S);
i.e. delete the last output argument "EN". This is unproblematic, as EN appears to be unused anyways.
Best,
Andreas
