I use SPM 8 V4290. In directory matlabbatch, file cfg_getfile, about line 260 there will be following code:
% create figure
fg = figure('IntegerHandle','off',...
'Tag',mfilename,...
'Name',mesg,...
'NumberTitle','off',...
'Units','Pixels',...
'MenuBar','none',...
'DefaultTextInterpreter','none',...
'DefaultUicontrolInterruptible','on',...
'Visible','off', 'Position', [800 280 1200 600]);
'Position' and the values are entered by me and work pretty well. Just use the numbers which give you convenient window size.
Sincerely yours,
Vladimir Bogdanov
