Sorry that I don't know how to do "Group1 (A1 กษ B1) - Group2 (A2 กษ
B2)" in SPM. It's easy to do (A1 กษ B1) conjunction in SPM, but there
seems no option to save that img or do any further analysis.
--Anyone here know about that?
Or I hear about a software of GLM Flex, which seems run more analysis
than SPM8 will allow. I am not sure but you may like to have a try:

Good luck!
