Dear Josh
You can use spm_dcm_voi to change the regions in your model
function spm_dcm_voi (DCM_filename,voi_filenames)
% Insert new regions into a DCM model
% FORMAT spm_dcm_voi (DCM_filename,voi_filenames)
%
% DCM_filename - Name of DCM file
% voi_filenames - Cell array of new VOI filenames
% eg. {'VOI_V1','VOI_V5','VOI_PPC'}
%
% The RT is assumed to be the same as before.
Then use spm_dcm_voi to change the inputs (experimental information)
function spm_dcm_U(DCM_filename,SPM_filename,session,input_nos)
% Insert new inputs into a DCM model
% FORMAT spm_dcm_U(DCM_filename,SPM_filename,session,input_nos)
%
% DCM_filename Name of DCM file
% SPM_filename Name of SPM file (eg. 'SPM')
% session Session number (eg. 1)
% input_nos Inputs to include and their parametric modulations (PMs).
% Example for a case without PM: {1, 0, 1} includes inputs 1 and 3.
% Example for a case with PM: {1,0,[0 0 1],[0 1]} includes the
% non-modulated first input, the second PM of the third
% input and the first PM of the fourth input. Note that
% this cell array only has to be specified up to the last
% input that is replaced.
The use spm_dcm_estimate to estimate the model
function [DCM] = spm_dcm_estimate(P)
% Estimates parameters of a DCM (bilinear or nonlinear) for fMRI data
% FORMAT [DCM] = spm_dcm_estimate(DCM)
% DCM - the DCM or its filename
PS: Don't forget to change the name for each new model. Easiest approach here is to have a "template" in another folder, that you then copy/rename and enter into the above.
Best
Simon

You can also try to use the function "spm_dcm_VOI" to change the data in
the DCM-structure.
