RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Fixed Term for 12 months (0.22 FTE)
Starting Salary: Grade 6a - £27,578 (Pro-Rata)
We are seeking a part-time Research Assistant to work on the first volume of the critical edition of The Collected Letters of Dorothy Richardson (Oxford University Press). With support from an experienced research team, and relevant training, the post holder will have the opportunity to develop skills in the field of textual scholarship. The Research Assistant will be employed to: work with the archive of copies held at Keele; help with research on the editorial annotations; and to liaise with and give administrative assistance to the editors and the General Editor, Professor Scott McCracken.
Applicants must have a minimum qualification of a Master’s in Modern Literature. They must be able to demonstrate competency with respect to the study of modernism and basic research skills.
You will be expected to commence employment on 1 July 2012.
