The REM is an online comprehensive resource that will provide definitions and short essays on terms names associated with modernism and the avant-garde across music, dance, theatre, film, architecture, poetry, prose, philosophy and social theory, and visual arts, around the globe and across whatever spans of time necessitated to include all that can be considered modern/modernist/avant-garde. The entries will be peer-reviewed and, subject to satisfactory completion, signed by the author on publication. Because the REM is an online resource, we are able to host just about any sort of digital content you can imagine, which means that you can supplement your entries with images, music, video, audio, graphs, whatever you feel most appropriate and from whatever source you can find (Routledge will deal with the legal issues that arise). Entry writers will receive full access to the REM for their contributions.
Please contact me indicating which entry/ies you are interested in by 1 June 2012 and I'd be happy to discuss further details with you.
With best wishes,
Vassiliki
