Hello Hugo,
I have tried contacting Alex Munt but the system sends me back the email, saying that his email has been disabled. I need to prepare too if my abstract was selected. Besides all the trip details, in order to travel to Australia from the U.S., I need to get a visa as well, etc. Hopefully they will reply soon.
Best,

Dear Maria Teresa,
It is very confusing, I agree, and I am glad about your mail.
I sent an abstract, they accepted it, but wanted more details, because
it was special (it was a reflection on a practise screenplay, and
someone else from the network reflected on it).
I was in another country last week, they wanted at that moment more
details, and I sent them these details from my hotel room.
But everything is quite confusing, there in Sydney.
It worries me. But I can't wait any longer because the price of the
plane tickets.
It is all very confusing. I wouldn't worry too much. There is
something going on what we don't know, in Sydney, so go on. You will
be accepted. I don't think they have much choice.
Hugo
