ASSISTANT RECORDS MANAGER
House of Lords Pay Band B2 £27,937 - £34,966 per annum.

This is a fixed term appointment until 30 November 2012 with the possibility of extension.
This post is involved in a wide range of professional work, offering an excellent opportunity to participate in a dynamic records management environment. At present, much of the team’s work is focused on the deployent of an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) across the administrations of both Houses. The postholder’s key activities will include:
• contributing to initiatives and projects which support better records and information management through the implementation of an EDRMS (Parliament’s SPIRE programme)
• analysing and mapping information currently on MS Windows shared drives to new structures in the EDRMS, liaising with local business areas on this work
• promoting good records and information management practices across the House administrations
• developing and delivering training
