Hi all,
On a similar Twitter-related note, does anyone have any tools/tips that they can recommend for analysing a twitter hashtag (as opposed to a follower list)?
We're just wondering if it's possible to go a bit deeper than a Storify to get some ideas about the impact of a hashtag... E.g. number of people's timelines reached, number of interactions/discussions within the hashtag...
Any thoughts/suggestions are very gratefully received!
Best wishes,
Toby

Hi
There are lots of tools that can help with that.
Klout and Peer Index are good tools to measure your social media influence. So this is not just based on your number of followers, but how influential these followers themselves are etc. These tools are free and you just log in with the Twitter account.
On the other hand www.twitcleaner.com is useful to analyse your followers further - you can see followers that are classified spam/don't ever RT or interact etc.
Hope that helps!

Subject: [PSCI-COM] Analysing your Twitter followers
Hi All
Does anyone know of any good either free or paid-for Twitter analytics software?
The Natural Environment Research Council's Planet Earth Online now has well over 3,000 Twitter followers. While I know you can create lists within Twitter, it doesn't look like you can search within your followers, analyse your followers, or much else in Twitter itself.
I'm specifically looking for some sort of software that will find which of our followers have the most followers themselves, so we know what our reach is when they re-tweet.
Is there any software like that out there?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Tamera
