Thanks for the extra info... The question is answered in the reply.
English as in geography and the topology of the granite landscape. Prior
to posting, I found some photos online of the landscape and recognized
them immediately, so had to ask, just to be sure. To use British would
not be as specific.
Also, there is a modern baroque design to the series, which to me I can
recognize as... well there is probably a better word, but I'll stick
with English rather then British, again in terms of the topology of the
landscape; very nice. I started thinking of The/Last of England/(1987)
