* Objective of the Mini EURO Conference
The Mini EURO Conference is organized by the EURO Working Group on Operational Research in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics and Medicine (EWG-CBBM). The objective of the conference is to bring together researchers developing and using computational methods to solve problems in computational biology, bioinformatics and medicine.
* Areas of Interest
We welcome researchers from different backgrounds addressing challenging problems in computational biology, bioinformatics and medicine, including (but not limited to):
- biomolecular sequence analysis
- gene classification
- comparative genomics
- docking and drug design
- modelling and prediction of gene patterns
- modeling and analysis of metabolic networks
- microarray informatics
- analysis methods for biomedical data
- protein structure prediction
- optimisation and machine learning techniques in biomedical problems
- genetic networks
- analysis of genetic variations
- OR applications in biology, bioinformatics and medicine
- systems biology
