Dear all,
I am pleased to announce the official launch of the Amateur Cinema Studies Network<http://amateurcinemastudies.org/> (ACSN), http://amateurcinemastudies.org/, the first international initiative to explore amateur cinema studies in a wide-ranging and cross-disciplinary framework.
The ACSN Ltd. and its website aim to advance the study of amateur cinema through pioneering scholarship, international collaborative research and practice-based projects.
The ACSN is currently fundraising for several academic and public events, i.e. a conference, touring exhibition and media installation, while the ACSN website acts as a virtual space for scholars and artists to exchange news and promote their research, artwork and projects on the theme of amateur cinema.
Please search for information under your name and contact me at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> for updates, amendments or in case your work has not been included.
Suggestions, comments and contributions towards information featured on the ACSN website are welcomed at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
Best wishes,
Annamaria Motrescu
