Hi All
A nice job has come up at RCA in a small IT team, supporting creative art &
design staff and students at Kensington and Battersea. We have lots of Macs
and smart devices and do some interesting stuff with e-Learning, there are
also some good benefits and an interesting working environment:
We are seeking an IT Technician to provide Information Technology support
and advice to researchers, students and staff of the College. You will
support, maintain and develop College IT infrastructure and services and
have the ability to work with a team of IT staff representing a variety of
specialist skills within an HE environment. You will have good analysis and
problem solving skills together with knowledge and troubleshooting skills
for Windows XP, 7, mobile, Mac OS X, Android, Blackberry and iOS.
With significant experience in supporting IT users and services in
enterprise or educational IT, you will also have the ability and enthusiasm
to learn about other specialist IT skills relevant to the College. Knowledge
and experience of standard front-end web technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
or a particular area of IT expertise and experience relevant to the
College's IT provision would be an advantage.
