Hello all
We have had a collection of graphic novels for a number of years. I select titles that are not too disturbing or graphic (because we have aged 14+ students), but of course the nature of them means the images and subject matter can be of an adult nature. Recently a student has asked us to remove titles from general display on the ground of decency. Sadly I haven't met the student yet but will, of course, listen to his concerns and try to address them.
However ... has anyone encountered this before and what did you do about it? How do you store books with an adult theme within an academic setting?
Thanks in advance for any practical ideas!
