Dear all,

I enclose the example posters of the ESRF and the ALS for the facility 
poster exhibition at SRI2012 - many thanks to Liz Moxon for battling 
with the online data collection, and to Senem for real-time adjustments!

These posters are not necessarily the final versions to be put on 
display but show what is possible within the template design and how the 
information collected via a Web form will be displayed.

The posters have also served for fine-tuning the collection of text and 
images via a Web form, and Liz and I will take the necessary action with 
Kevin/Senem at Xenomedia.

Today, I wanted to ask you for final feedback, notably on the choice of 
data fields and the length of the text in each field.

Next week, I will draft an invitation for the facilities to submit the 
data for their posters, and also detailed instructions. You will get a 
copy of both for comment.

The call for posters should then be launched in week 21 May.
