Dear FSL experts,
I am performing a resting-state study on a group of subjects with brain atrophia (a form of dementia) and I want to use GM probability maps as a covariate.
I cannot use the script feat_gm_prepare because I did not use FEAT for preprocessing (I am working with scripts). In addition I do not want to re-run segmentation because I have used the VBM optimized protocol with the same subjects.
Is it correct if I use the files 'subXXX_anat_struc_GM_to_T.nii.gz' (obtained using the VBM optimized protocol by FSL)
and then:
1) smooth the GM images according to the smoothing of my functional images (6mm)
2) merge the GM images in the same order as my functional images
3) demean GM images
Is 'subXXX_anat_struc_GM_to_T.nii.gz' the right image (standardized GM probability map)?
Thank you for your help!
best wishes
Angela
