Just to see if this helps,
if you want to filter the signal and have frequencies between 0.01 hz and 0.08 hz:
hpf=0.01
lpf=0.08
TR=2s
hpsigma=1/(hpf*2.35*TR)
lpsigma=1/(lpf*2.35*TR)
fslmaths prefilter -btpf <hpsigma> <lpsigma> output
with fslpspec you can check the output, or in matlab, and make sure!. You can read about using 2.35 or 2, but I think this is the idea, I hope someone can comment on this.
