Hi,
You need to do registration and resample your images to get both in the
same space (with the same number of voxels and voxel size). If you have
done a standard FEAT analysis then you can use the Renderhighres GUI
to resample your first level stats into different spaces (including the space
of your T1-weighed structural images). Just run the GUI - it is very easy.
If you have done something different from a standard FEAT analysis, I would
recommend that you have a look at the FSL course practical on registration
to start with, as that should help explain a bit how things work in FSL.
You can find the practical (instructions and data) at:

All the best,
Mark
