Hello Experts,
I have tried several variations of the slicer command and am not getting the results expected, so must have a misunderstanding.
So say for example to produce an image with all of the axial slices after using the command overlay with 2 stat images on a standard image, then would the slicer command:
slicer OverlayedStatImagesonStandard -L -t -A outputfilename
Do I need to specify the width after -A?
If I use one of the -x/y/z to say produce all of the coronal slices would I say:
slicer OverlayedStatImagesonStandard -L -t -y 1,2,3,4,5,6 outputfilename
Or do these need to be separated one command per slice?
The output file I've gotton so far does not have a .png ending, and when rename with a .png, thus far I have not been able to produce an image program to open any of these files. Will I need to be renaming the files, once I get this right?
Thanks a bunch,
Varina
