Good afternoon, everyone. I'm trying to determine the best way to perform multi-subject NHP analysis. I am able to, through AFFINE (.mat) and non-linear (field coefficient) means, register one subject's anatomical volume (M2) to another (M1) and to use those transforms to move M2's statistical maps into M1 space in order to compare the maps SPATIALLY, however, I am unsure how to use this information to perform higher level analyses to compare them STATISTICALLY. Short version: Can I somehow use the AFFINE and non-linear transforms mapping M2 anatomy to M1 anatomy in order to use both animals in a group analysis?
Thanks in advance for your input.
Best,
Matt
