From Collections to Audiences - what are you going to focus on in June?
Creating Capacity is has four great courses running in June. Whether you

12 June - *Harnessing the Potential of the Digital World: Practical tools
for generating income from cultural assets* If your organisation is
considering how to generate income from its intellectual property then this
course is for you. Leading expert in the field Naomi Korn will guide people
through the issues which need to be embraced in making the most of digital
assets.
14 June - *No Time for Training? Essential time management tools for
everyone who can relate to this question!* Hopkins Van Mil brings you very
practical and time-efficient solutions to ensuring that you are managing
your time effectively. As a result you'll achieve your objectives and feel
more satisfied at work. This is time well spent - so why wait?
19 June - *Understanding Online Audiences: A practical guide to gathering
meaningful information* Everyone has their own favourite way of gathering
intelligence about their online users: surveys; interviews; focus groups;
user observation; web statistics... But are we clear about the questions we
are trying to answer, and are we doing it well? Find out how to be effective
in understanding online user needs with Martin Bazley .
26 June - *What's That Beastie? Understanding and managing insect pests in
cultural collections* This is for all those need to tackle pest management
in collections. You'll learn how to identify; monitor and manage pests in
practical ways. Bob Child is our expert in this area bringing years of
experience in Integrated Pest Management to support your learning in this
area.
What to do next
All courses take place in central London and course prices begin at £145
plus VAT. Fees include all course materials, lunch, and 3 months post course
support from your trainer - available as and when you need it.
