Job Specification
Working with household names in a number of areas such as Financial Services, Automotive, Energy & Industrial, Personal Care and Food & Drink; this role offers exposure to a variety of blue chip clients. The Research Assistant role is a great opportunity for an individual to develop their skills and knowledge through providing support to the team with managing small and large-scale complex qualitative and quantitative projects. You would certainly be expected to make a difference and contribute positively to the team. Formal and in-formal (on-the-job) training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for providing day-to-day support in setting up and managing research projects
• Liaising with other internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the project
• Monitor online reporting tools
• Help to prepare, write and check accuracy of reports and presentations for client delivery
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for information from clients
• Liaise with clients in a clear and professional manner
• Analyses and synthesises qualitative and quantitative data with some support
• Prepares specifications for data collection, data processing
• General administration duties
