The main one is spm8/toolbox/DARTEL/spm_dartel_norm_fun.m , although
this calls a few others (eg spm_klaff.m). The easiest way to figure
out how to code a batch file would be to generate one via the user
interface, and subsequently modify it so that it does the extra bits
you want. Batch files can then be executed by a call to spm_jobman.m
.
